The National Fire Protection Assn.
(NFPA) requires the operators of
commercial kitchens to adhere
to certain strict guidelines.

The most important guideline is as follows:
11.3 Inspection for Grease Buildup.
The entire exhaust system shall be inspected for
grease buildup by a properly trained, qualified,
and certified company or person (s) acceptable
to the authority having jurisdiction in accordance
with Table 11.3 (see chart below).

Grease Hood Cleaning:

Our cleaning crew will expertly wrap the exhaust hood to protect your kitchen equipment and minimize clean up
.



Kitchen vent hoods, grease removal devices, fans and ducts are cleaned down to bare metal as recommended by NFPA # 96, Section 8-8-1.
Access panels and cover plates are replaced.
Dampers and Diffusers are positioned for proper air-flow.
Electrical switches and system components are returned to an operable state.
A label showing date of cleaning and company name will be displayed on kitchen hood.
